All participants, at the earliest possible time under College supervision, will be subjected to a paper test for Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
These units of competency from the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package provide a set of skills to communicate effectively with, and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.

If a participant were to score zero in all categories, it will require referral to a specialist agency for further investigation to determine appropriate pathways for the desired study program.
